All three of Britain's doubles hopes in action today at the Australian Open were eliminated.
Elena Baltacha, who was knocked out of the women's singles by Dinara Safina yesterday, saw her women's doubles campaign alongside Latvian Liga Dekmeijere ended in the second round with a 6-0, 6-2 defeat to Maria Kirilenko and Agnieszka Radwanska.
British men's duo Colin Fleming and Ken Skupski failed to capitalise on winning the opening set against veteran duo Michael Kohlmann and Jarkko Nieminen as they crashed out 3-6, 6-4, 6-3.
And a bad day was completed in the mixed doubles when Ross Hutchins and American Liezel Huber lost to Chuang Chia-Jung and Filip Polasek 6-2, 6-4.
